ELD Problems and Your CDL – Real Risks and How to Shield Your Career

I don't use a legal plan for my drivers. It's hard for me to say "don't get tickets" and then offer them a legal plan. Having CDL Consulants when my drivers get tickets (because even the best drivers are going to get a ticket here and there) is the best solution for us. They have been able to reduce and dismiss over 90% of the cases we have sent them. No payroll deduction or messy set up for us. A driver gets a ticket and we email over to them and pay a 1 time low flat fee. Love this group and the work they do!
