I don't use a legal plan for my drivers. It's hard for me to say "don't get tickets" and then offer them a legal plan. Having CDL Consulants when my drivers get tickets (because even the best drivers are going to get a ticket here and there) is the best solution for us. They have been able to reduce and dismiss over 90% of the cases we have sent them. No payroll deduction or messy set up for us. A driver gets a ticket and we email over to them and pay a 1 time low flat fee. Love this group and the work they do!

I have used CDLC for 3 tickets over the last 10 years. Two of them had CSA points with them. All 3 of them were reduced to not hurt my CDL. The one with CSA violations were reduced and DataQ'd to have them not on my CSA scores. I highly recommend CDLC to all of trucking.

I received a ticket in Alabama for speeding a few months ago. I didn't get the chance to go to my court date and and Failure to Appear was issued. I immediately called CDL Consultant and asked for help. They found me a local attorney that was able to go in and effectively defend my case and got the speeding ticket reduced to an equipment violation and the FTA removed.
